(For FBI: Most Wanted recs organized by ship & author instead, go here.) Note that any of Bastet5's fics in the lists below are for their series The Wild Hunt and may be confusing if you aren't reading the series in order.
I haven't watched any of Season 3 onwards yet, so I won't be adding any fics to this until I do. (I will endeavor to keep any ongoing fics updated as new chapters are posted, however.)

I have tried not to spoil readers too much.
Most of the fics in this list are given with no information beyond author, title, rating, word count, major ships, and the summary the author gave it.
However, my database does store information on themes, which cover everything from grammatical things like tense & person (I mark for present tense, first person, second person, and direct address), to format (poetry, songfic, 5+1, etc.), trope (fake couple, stranded together, etc.), relationship type (beginning, established, etc.), general feel (angst, fluff, etc.), fic ending (positive, sad/unhappy, mixed/ambivalent, etc.), and warnings (major character death, non-con, violence/wounds, etc.).
If you would like to see the themes for the recs below, please comment and let me know so I can reply with that information. It is very simple to generate the recs for a large list of fics in such a way that all of the themes are listed.

Hana, too, is oddly effected, and then comes the revelation that she, too, is the ongoing victim of a cyber stalker, who then offers help with the case but at a price she might not be willing to pay.

The case takes a personal turn for Jess, who sympathizes with the son, as the case brings up memories from his own childhood, but then the case takes another turn when it appears that the son might not be the victim after all ... but the ringleader.

BUT you got the satisfaction of bringing them to justice personally. That doesn't make it any easier to sleep some nights, though.
